Whitby Steampunk Weekend

Whitby Steampunk Weekend is a must-visit event that takes over the town twice a year, in February and July, transforming the town into a vibrant celebration of steampunk culture. Recognised as one of the largest and most welcoming steampunk festivals in the UK, the weekend draws thousands of visitors, many dressed in their finest Victorian-inspired outfits. The main events take place indoors at the Whitby Pavilion, so the fun continues regardless of the weather. The festival is a showcase of elegance, creativity, and style, with stunning costumes on display throughout the weekend. Highlights include beautifully crafted corsets, jewellery, gadgets, and unique statement pieces.

PLEASE NOTE: Day Excursions are non refundable. Children under 5 are not allowed to travel on the front row seats.

Please Note : If you wish to take a mobility scooter, wheelchair or rollator with you it must be requested at the time of booking. Any such equipment must fold flat for storage or be capable of being broken down into pieces of no more than 20kg. We cannot accept larger scooters (class 3) as these are too large and heavy to lift. We sometimes operate minibus feeders to minimise time, these vehicles CANNOT convey motorised wheelchairs/scooters.
